Little Boy at the Gate...

This scarecrow in the neighbour's garden gets me every time I walk past since it appeared at the gate a few days ago!
Maybe it's their way of deterring visitors or door-to-door salesmen, or a practical joke to spook the bin collecting men?!...haha
