Bricked and Barred

I pass this old building on my more leisurely walk between work and the train station in Shipley (when I'm not rushing - and blipping is certainly helping me to not rush as much, so I take this longer route more often now). The bricks and the bars seems more than a little excessive. I wonder what is going on behind those walled-in windows? I also wonder how long it will be before the tree on the right completely envelops this building. There will then be three lines of defence!
