Ouch

This is what happens to your phone screen protector when you fall flat on your face while powerwalking . (it was in my pocket ! )
We won't mention the grazed knee , grazed elbow, chunk out of one hand and gravel embedded in the other hand.

I will however mention the nice digger driver who made the effort to check that I was ok : - )

17 miles today .. 4hrs 20 mins. Not bad going considering I fell over at mile 10 !

3 and a half weeks to go till the big day. Any sponsorship would be gratefully recieved. Every little helps, as they say!
