Icing

Shhhh, don't tell anyone but I licked this clean today.

My skewed logic says that I can't eat the cooked cup cakes as I'm currently on a diet healthy plan but it's ok to eat the cake mix and the icing from the bowl.

I'm slowly working my way through the recipes in a book that Everyday Adventureteeting recommended - these are espresso cup-cakes.
