My Life Is Not Average

By melamny

From above

She doesn't always understand why we do certain things; why she's sent to bed during mealtimes, why we're always gone on a Sunday morning, why she's not allowed to jump up on the counters. She doesn't always appreciate our efforts to look after her. She doesn't always want to do what we want her to do.

She's not always happy looking up to us, she'd rather be an equal. But still, she loves us. She loves us because we feed her, walk her, give her attention, even just because we are there.

And we love her!
