You Are Not Here

Not sure if this is some sort of artwork - it is lots of OS maps, plus the words "You Are Not Here" stuck to the front of a boarded up shop in John Frost Square in dismal Newport City Centre. The banner above remains from Newport Festival and the Ryder Cup. Virtually every shop in John Frost Square is empty as it has been purchased by the Council ready to re-develop the area, but as one indoor shopping mall (only a few yards from the shop pictured) that was completely refurbished only about a year ago is approx 80% empty and another new shopping centre nearby has been cancelled due to the recession, I can't see any development happening here for many years.
