A splash of colour goes a long way...

When you have a rainbow deep down in your heart, your smile will shine bright. You know you're a part of that colourful, magical, feeling you'll find, when you have a rainbow inside.

Perhaps this was the same thought of the artist who created this colourful piece which can be seen behind a wire fencing on my walk to the library!
