Bonsai and triffids

This Bonsai pine has been sitting at our back door for 37 years, thriving, in a small sort of way, on our neglect.

The triffids arrived unannounced, a couple of years ago, out of the blue. They too seem to enjoy being left alone to get on with things. They are, I think, a species of Sedum, a stonecrop.

Zoomify to see a couple of Bonsai spider webs.
