... a "REAL" Gold Medal

We had the very interesting Ben Hunt-Davis give a seminar for our "Learning at work" day.

Not only did he talk about this expereinces leading up to and preparing for the Sydney Olympics he brought in his actual Gold Medal and passed it around the audience for eveyrone to have a feel.

It was SOOOOO heavy .. ok so its gold but i really wasnt expecting that .. of course i also had to a quick picture because i couldnt believe it .. so apologies for the quality.

A very interesting and motivational talk and a COOOOL medal !!
