My Perspective of a Cook School Class

This is what I see when I'm teaching at the Cook School. It's my view of everyone in the class, busy cooking the fist part of their meal after my demonstration. I'll go up and help out in a minute, see how people are getting on.

Today's menu: hand-dived scallops (how to shuck them, how to prepare and cook), fillet of beef (how to cook perfect steak), and soft chocolate cake with caramel sauce (how to make perfect soft-choc pud).
