Ironman 2011

All the Ironman contenders were doing their final bit of preparation for the Lanzarote Ironman which was taking place on the 21st May 2011.

3.8km Swim (2.36 miles) followed by a 180.2km Bike Ride (111.97 miles) and just a small matter of a 42.2km Run (26.2 miles) to finish, all one after the other!

Considered entering but felt a twinge so decided not too.... ha ha ha
