Squirrel

I'm trying to be really disciplined about work this weekend but I've just had a very pleasant break with Jen and Pete for lunch which sort of extended into a walk round St Ives and a stop off at what we have re-christened the 'rat hide'. It looks like the days of the rats are numbered as ominous looking traps have appeared under the rhododendrons around the feeding tables. Coppice Pond was alive with ducks, geese and moorhen & cootlings. The irises recently planted around the edges of the pond are also a lovely addition and I was torn between blipping them in the afternoon sunshine, and this guy watching from the tree. Perhaps if the sun shines tomorrow I'll go back for the irises on my lunch break.
