Bit of a quiet day today. Although there's been more building talk and like Topsy, the project just 'growed'

Leak in the dormer has now become:

1. A new window
2. Adding new slates to the sides and roof of the dormer.
3. Lift the floorboards and replace a floor truss
4. Strip the walls, insulate, re-line with 'tongue and grove'

Cost? Don't ask.

...and the Wonder Dog? Well he's discovered that he can set on the window sill overlooking the garden. So far he jumped on my laptop and pushed a speaker on my head.
