TO ALL MY FRIENDS.......

My wish for you...

...because you are worth it!

We can learn a lot from trees:
they're always grounded but never stop reaching heavenward.

We discussed personalities in class today. Instead of thinking that we have different emotions, think of it as different personalities. There are many different sides to us. We all have many 'personalities' and they show up at different times... the mother/father personality, the teacher personality, the bossy personality, the bitchy personality etc.

Certain scenarios are triggering certain personalities - we should try to manage or master them instead of pushing them away "I shouldn't be like that" "I should be more like that" - when we push feelings away, it gets stronger. It is parts of self that we are trying to avoid - we cannot do that - by accepting who we are we find balance and don't need to deny who we are or how we feel.

We all want some sort of acceptance and harmony, the secret is to understand and accept yourself. If you cannot accept yourself... how can you expect other people to accept you then?

"What other people think of you is none of your business" It's theirs... its 'their problem' - for instance, people tend to 'put you down' so they can look better... obviously it has nothing to do with you... it is a problem they have within themselves that they have to deal with and heal - you cannot be responsible for how they feel, or for how they 'see things' - we all look at the same thing and see and feel different things.

Thanks for reading!

A lake is the landscape's most beautiful and expressive feature.
It is earth's eye;
looking into which the beholder measures the depth of his own nature.

~Henry David Thoreau~
