Perfect Night In?

May not be everybody's idea of a good night but some ice-cream and an episode of greys anatomy seems pretty perfect to me!

I met up with my sister today who had arranged a game of 5-a-side hockey. I havn't played since I was at school (so in over 4yrs!). It was great to get back into it although I am already feeling it in my legs! Ouch! Def an incentive to get to the gym more....
