That Curry!

That curry is my favorite.

I know it doesn't look like the most appetizing dish you've ever seen, but it really is great. It's pumpkin curry with tender chunks of Thai pumpkin and delicious spices. Somehow I've missed the cooking process every time it has been made at the dorm, so it's still on my list of dishes to learn how to cook.
