Another By Order Of Me With a soul. Obviously this person is an animal lover and a caring child with a heart. Although sometimes on open, public spaces like this we may need less animals, especially pets of the canine kind, if they have irresponible owners who do not clean up behind them. Saying that though The Broad Hill does not seem to suffer from that, thankfully leaving us free to enjoy the art and the wonderful views out to sea and of parts of the city.
