Big Wheel

This is the big wheel on Liverpool dock near the BT Convention Centre - taken at quarter to one in the morning on my way back to the hotel (luckily opposite the convention centre).

The wind was blowing a gale and it was freezing so this was a one shot, this will do, sort of photo!
