Arizona red rocks... again

This morings hike took us up to Cathedral Rock and the path near by. I snapped quite a few images and liked this one the best. The tall plant is an Agave or Century Plant and grows 5 to 6 inches per day and can reach over 24 ft in height. It should flower shortly then die and the host plant will have small runners and "multiply". Have a good week all.
