Mirl and Sidd were left out in the dead of the Florida late spring. Outside for an interminable 45 minutes, they pawed and yowled at every door they could find. Alas, to no avail. Finally when a door cracked open, they squeezed inside only to find there was no food in their bowls. While outside in the wilderness they had shrunk to mere shadows of themselves and desperately needed to find sustenance to have the strength to continue their naps. After seconds of anxious pacing, cans of chunky chicken in sauce finally appeared. They slowly pulled themselves to their bowls barely able to move their jaws. Poor, poor pussies - so misunderstood.
