Dumpster Diving

There is a major re-model going on at work. It is being done in one of our largest, busiest departments and tempers run short on both sides. The debris is hulled out to the dumpster and each day the dumpster is checked by both groups. One thinks the amount removed is huge while the other sees a paultry addition to a tiny pile. This was the second dumptster of the day and it had only just been dropped off a little while before the shot was taken. So...do you think the glass is half full or half empty?
