Snapshots of reality

This was at Huyaman's (?) tomb. Today we found a rickshaw driver called Sunni who told us the story of him and his girlfriend falling in love. The four of us went to the Red Fort, which was very big and hot. We then headed to a cafe with him, and on to Huyamun's tomb, which was good but we weren't allowed to walk on the grass. Sunni drove us to a nice restaurant called the Hot Chimney where we got a selection of delicious curries! After lunch we set off to the Lotus Temple, which is a Baha'i temple shaped like a lotus flower. We went to a short service and around the information centre, and when we got back to the rickshaw we were taken to Delhi Haat - a huge shopping market where we were all conned into buying saris, salwar kameez and lots of silk scarves! After getting back to the hotel we went to another rooftop cafe to have beer from a teapot (to avoid license fees) and a snack.

41 degrees.
