Good news on the house swap front. Got an offer from someone living down round the corner. it's a new build, 3 bed semi, just what I'm looking for. Know the houses well as they are next to my work, (handy), and the park (great for Kade). They came and looked at my house yesterday and said they deffo want to swap! So I'm going down to see inside their house on Monday after work with my daughter Nic.

(My decorating is on hold until I know what's happening!)
