Day 2: Genviève and Claude opened their kitchen window to find a lost girl bent over her map on the handlebars of Orian's bicycle as the sun was going down. Genviève has a fantastic cheese collection! This sweet couple made me feel so at home--I'm still eating cookies they gave me, even now on the other side of the Alps.
