Fremantle Architecture

Fremantle is said to be the world's best preserved 19th century port. The architecture is mainly on the cusp of the Victorian - Edwardian period of the later 1800s to the early 1900s and is referred to as Gold Rush Architecture. This view is taken from the balcony of a nearly renovated hotel, The National, which was tragically burnt out a few years ago. Today was the first time this view, from this high angle, has been visible since the fire. Apart from that I wanted to check the long lens capability of the little Lumix ZS8 which I've bought as a simple backup. I like it.
