Muffin day.

Thought I'd try out a savoury muffin recipe today after salivating over the pics in the cookbook for weeks. Really pleased with my first attempt and they taste lovely if I do say so myself. These ones are made with potato, bacon, spring onion and edam cheese. Very Yummy :-)
