Common Tern

Sterna hirundo. Much-cropped. At Finstown on the way home I photographed the bearded seal which has taken up residence there, but as it was only the back of its head I haven't posted an image. This tern was fishing just offshore and, though the image is very cropped I think worth posting for the elegant shape.
