Hengistbury Head

We were without the kids today so decided to go for a walk around Hengistbury Head.

The views weren't as good as usual due to the low cloud, but it was still nice to get out. Had a lovely lunch down at the Beach House next to all the beach huts. Although the beach huts are nice we can't quite see why you would want to pay £100k to buy a shed with no water or electricity. Even so, I guess on a summers night with a barbecue on the beach and a view across to the Isle of Wight it must be pretty nice.

Unfortunately on the way back we had typical Bank Holiday weather as the rain came down - it's quite a walk back to the car park - at least we had waterproofs on, so not too wet.

Back to work tomorrow for a 3 day week, fantastic!
