'Ok Girls.......Jump'

My knees are wet. I've been kneeling on the newly mown, soggy grass for half an hour now.

Ok girls....jump, now.....run on the spot. Really fast.... go. And jump again. Now run...

My little camera strained to get the picture I was trying to achieve. But this isn't too far from it.

Never mind all that, I managed to get the girls to do half an hours intensive excercise without even trying!

Not too shabby. And the sun is shining.
