The night of the sangria spoon

Jarvises try to limit their exposure to police officers, both socially and in the downstairs department. Few police officers drink in Jarvis bars, and Jarvises generally behave well enough that the intervention of law enforcement is not necessary. However, when confronted by police in Barcelona it is generally advisable to be in possession of a wooden spoon from a jug of sangria in order to put them at a disadvantage by leaving them under the impression that they are dealing with a harmless lunatic. Then one can continue on to the wonderful late-night dive bar Kentucky without being obstructed.
