Collectormania

On Bank Holiday Monday we went to Collectormania at the MK Dons Stadium in Milton Keynes.

Last year when we went, I had my photo taken with Colonel Decker, you know, from the A-Team. This year they had some "big" names like Robert Englund, Anthony Head, John Parrot and many more, plus some people who wore masks in Star Wars films!

The saddest site of the day was Kenny Baker, who was the guy in R2D2 in Star Wars, having virtually no-body coming to see him. I sheepishly walked past, feeling sorry for him. He seem to look hopefully at Evan, who of course, had no idea who he was and carried on walking!

We did a few laps of the venue, walked past lots of people dressed as robots, Boba Fetts, Storm Troopers, a Darth Vader with a beer gut and many others, before buying some Lego and leaving! Good fun, and free entry! Same time next year....
