l'Histoire se répète

The small village on the island where I live, West-Terschelling, was burnt down by British armed forces in 1666. This afternoon, a few historical sailing ships dropped their passengers on our beach for a walk to the village. Joop Mulder, the famous Oerol boss, pointed to them and told me that it was as if the British were on their way again. This time no guns were pointed to them, only my camera.
