Irish Scaffolding

I watched in fascinated horror as this guy hopped from one ladder to the next with a large piece of facia in his hand.

Still can't work out whether this guy is:

a) Incredibly Clever
b) Incredibly Agile
c) Incredibly Lucky
d) Incredibly Stupid

Here's hoping he has private health insurance 'cos he's going to need it!!
