If you need some energy

Maybe try a personal trainer. It sure seems to work for me.

I started going after my knee operation last September and have managed to keep it up continuously since then. Without the personal trainer I lack the will power to force myself to do things like sit-ups or pretty much anything which is not fun. However after a session I tend to feel great all day.

I go to a pretty tiny gym where I am often the only client, and every session is different which makes it more fun.
