THE CRUELTY OF WAR

More than two million tons of bombs were drooped at LaoPDR during the Vietnam war.
About 80 million mines are still not detonated and are killing or injuring around 300 persons per year. Most of the victims are farmers or children. This man was in the rehab centre, COPE in Vientiane. His eyes was so sad, and even if said yes to be taken a photo of, he didn't want eye contact with the camera.

My trade union support Norwwegian People's Aid mine-prosject in the Sekong area.

I hope to be able to upload a photo tomorrow. Internet is not working so good at the hotel.
