I know how King Canute felt

Decided to brave the elements today as it looked like a nice day through the window!

It is but the wind chill factor made it about -600C.

Ended up at Belhaven Bay again! It really is a beautiful part of the world, you really understand what is meant by unspoilt beauty when you go down there.

The tide was on the turn and as I ventured further onto the sands it dawned on me what an unstoppable force is. You realise that there is nothing that will stop the sea if it decides it wants to go somewhere, no matter how hard you try.

Makes me very pleased I don't live in East Anglia.

My blip doesn't do the waves justice though, they were big!
