Sill Standing

Another wee detour on the way home tonight. Not far from the motorway stand these two in a filed of crops. They've been here for a long time.

For around 4,000 years, apparently.

It's quite a thought that they'd been standing there for 2,000 years before even the Romans came.

Makes you wonder just how much of our "civilisation" will still be here in 4,000 years time.

Other than the Statue of Liberty sticking out of the sand of course.
