Changed Times

Changed times - the view across the waste ground that was Northern Ireland's manufacturing industry. One of the Sirocco Engineering Works' chimneys remain with the typical service industries that have replaced manufacturing, in the background, including call centres, hotel and leisure and banking, etc.
