Car show on 25th Street tonight. This photo was taken about 2 pm while they were getting ready for it. Lots of antiques as well as later models. We had a hearse parked in front of the yarn shop all day, with the back door open and a coffin inside. Wondered if it was a bad omen! It was an old hearse, and not in very good condition. I questioned that it would even make it to the cemetery. Don't know why they parked it in front of our store. Guess we were just the lucky ones.

The car show doesn't really help the yarn shop, since the street is blocked off and our customers have to park and walk a fair distance to get to our store. Most of the attendees don't have any interest in a high-end yarn shop. So, we just get people wanting to use the restroom.

You can see the Wasatch Mountains in the background, and there's still a lot of snow up in those hills. And, now the weather has warmed up and is beautiful, so all that water is going to come rushing down.
