Dawn Patrol

These folks were up before dawn to go shelling. I was up before dawn to photograph the sunrise. Given that the sun was not particularly obliging, it was lucky that I could photograph the shellers instead.

I like the long exposure - it works pretty well because the shellers don't move very fast. I wish that their heads were not on the horizon though! I also like the absurdity of it all.
