World Environment Day

Helped man the Highway Action Group stall this morning up at the school for World Environment Day (our group is against the large B-Double trucks traversing the mountains and is pro-rail), but neglected to take the camera.

Spent the rest of the day in the berry patch cutting back the old canes. Still have the extra-thorny Marionberries to go and lots of tying up and rewiring to do. It's a drag, but I keep thinking about the rewards come summer.

As I didn't get any further than the berry rows, here's some thornless blackberry leaves in the late sun.
