A terrible day here - cold windy and wet, Although we managed to pop out to pick up some building stuff, it was day of bread making, ukuleles, log fires and The Bonzo Dog Doo Dah Band..


Anyway, I forgot how good the Bonzo's. were, so today we caught up with all their jolly japes, which cheered us up no end.

If you don't know them I would urge you to spend a few minutes of your very valuable Blip time and have a wee cosmic groove.

Vivian Stanshall, the bands front man, died 13 years ago last week, when his beard caught fire.

Vivian created the fictional character, Sir Henry Rawlinson.
He developed Sir Henry from a single mention on Intro/Outro through monologues, radio programmes and books. Vivian died on the 100th anniversary of the death of the real Sir Henry Rawlinson. How fitting.
