Cooking for one

GORGEOUS day in Warsaw today, properly hot and sunny. Lazy morning of mooching at home before an afternoon Zumba class, motivated by yesterday's exertions.
A seven-mile bike ride followed, and then home to pour myself a well-deserved G&T as I made myself some supper and sat down to watch the much-acclaimed but not-really-my-cup-of-tea-but-I-kind-of-enjoyed-it-anyway 'Inception'.
