Medal

Today I cycled the Ride Round the Harbour, an annual event to raise money for the British Heart Foundation. 36 miles in total, plus the 2 to get to the start by Clarence Pier and the 2 back at the end. Haven't cycled much lately and only started running again recently. Legs ache and feel shattered. At least I got a medal and raised a small amount of money for a good cause. Only put the sponsorship page up this week and haven't been hounding people for money as there are so many people wanting sponsorship these days.
