Facebook's Wall

This wall is just as you enter Facebook HQ, and includes obama's, kanye west's and now my name scrawled on it.

The office space is mind-blowing, with quirkiness round every corner. The meeting room names combine video game characters and food (Donkey Kong Chutney for example) and there are slogans everywhere, put by the Analogue Research Group, whoever they are.

People snake board down corridors, someone was busy fixing a beer cooler, and there was double board speed chess going on. And some people were coding too.

It definitely felt like the centre of the modern world, and interesting to hear how they nurture a hacking culture and encourage creativity and innovation.

I didn't expect to be impressed, but I can't deny it: I was.
