Spanish Omelette (Back Blip)

The wife made a really nice traditional Spanish style (potatoes etc) omelette for lunch, although we did add some chorizo, pancetta, onions etc. But no cheese! It was REALLY good, so good it was an instant Blip (even though I am only posting it tonight).
