Fat Flush

Starting a 5 day fat flush - recipe is from Fat Flush For Life. Don't have the book, but found the "cocktail" recipe in a health magazine.

So, the drink is filled with: tomatoes/tomato juice, cilantro, parsley, garlic, green onion, turmeric, cayenne, lime juice, olive oil and chia seeds. You blend it in a blender and drink it 3 times a day, and eat a regular lunch and dinner. It's supposed to reduce bloating, shed a pound a day and clear up skin. We'll see how it goes - it's a bit of a gnarley drink, like drinking salsa, but it's tasty and I feel great after drinking (or forcing) it.

Lazy day - which is going to be our last one until the July long weekend. I feel like we've been on the go, go, go since Christmas???
