A Little Bit of Everything

Third full day in St Abbs and I realised that I haven't shown you the setting for our holiday!

With the weather bright but cool we decided to do a circular walk from the house that took in all of the varied scenery the Nature Reserve has to offer. As you can see from the picture, there are cliffs with sea views, hills with moorland and scrub, a loch with reed and iris beds, woodland, and bays with rock pools. All teeming with life.

The only sounds you can hear are birdsong, sheep, waves and, at times, boats taking divers to the offshore Marine Reserve. It is the place to chill!!
