Kona: A Glamour Shot

Sunday started with a trip to the dog park with Kona's BFF Amber (Christa's dog). Christa's soon-to-be-husband (they are getting married this October) brought his fancy camera and got some great photos of the pups playing. This photo turned out great - I love how happy she looks. Kona LOVES to be off leash but we only make it out to the dog park once or twice a month because of our busy schedules. Being able to run free chasing rabbits and squirrels puts her on cloud nine.

Afterward, Ron and I met up with my old roommate for lunch (she was in town for a wedding) which was great! She had a baby when I lived with her and now he'll be four this September. It's amazing how time flies. Sarah brought some super cute outfits for the baby (this is going to be one well dressed kid!) and we got to meet her boyfriend, Donny, who seems like a really great guy (Ron's age) that absolutely adores both S and her son. It's good to see her happy!

We rounded out the day at home, just relaxing. I'm loving the fact that Ron has had the last two weekends off - it's so good just to have down time with him, we so rarely get that!
