What were they thinking?

This must be the ugliest auditorium in... France? the world?
As such, it deserves, if not a prize, at least a blipfoto entry!
(I have to say that the inside of the place looks much better, and has perfect acoustics just like any auditorium should. I just need to accept 1970s' architecture!)
